Postage costs
Shipping costs depend on the weight, size of the order and the destination. The exact shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout, before you confirm payment. For orders within the Netherlands, a standard shipping rate applies. For international shipping, the costs may vary. -
Shipping Methods and Times
We offer different shipping methods. The expected delivery time depends on the chosen shipping option and the customer's location:- Within the Netherlands : Most orders are delivered within 1-3 working days after order confirmation, provided the product is in stock.
- International Shipping : For orders outside the Netherlands, the expected delivery time is usually between 5-7 working days, depending on the destination country and the chosen shipping option.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier and other circumstances. We do our best to process and ship the order as soon as possible.

Packaging and Delivery
All products are carefully packed to prevent damage during transport. The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the customer once the order has been delivered to the address specified by the customer. -
Track your order
After shipping, you will receive a tracking number to follow the progress of your order. This number will be sent via email so you can check the status of your package.
Returns

Right of withdrawal
At HVAC Lift you have the right to return your order within 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. The return period starts on the day after receipt of the order.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us within the withdrawal period of 14 days by e-mail or the return form on our website. -
Returning Products

- We will send you instructions for returning the products.
- Please ensure that the products are properly packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
The customer is responsible for return costs, unless otherwise agreed.
- Returns Policy
- Products must be in their original condition, unused and undamaged, with the original packaging and labels intact.
- Products that are custom made especially for the customer cannot be returned unless the product is defective or damaged.
- For returns of larger products, such as HVAC lifts, additional return shipping charges may apply.

Refunds
Once the return has been received and inspected, we will refund the amount paid (excluding any return shipping costs) within 14 days. The refund will be made via the payment method you used for the original order. -
Damaged or Defective Products
If the product you received is damaged or does not meet the specifications, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of receiving the product. We will replace the product free of charge or refund the full purchase price, including any shipping costs.
